Please clearly state the customer returns number (CRN) on the outside of the package.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it, your item must be unused and in a resalable condition. Your item must be in its original packaging. Prior to returning your order please complete the above steps.
No product delivered to the buyer which is in accordance with the contract will be accepted for return without the seller’s prior written approval on terms to be determined at the seller’s discretion. The seller agrees to accept any such products for return the buyer will be liable to pay a handling charge of 20 percent of the invoice price. Such products must be returned by the buyer carriage-paid to the seller in their original shipping carton. Products returned without the seller’s prior written approval may at the seller’s absolute discretion be returned to the buyer or stored at the buyer’s expense without prejudice to any rights or remedies the seller has. Services such as calibration are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will usually receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Aavad Instrument Pvt. Ltd. and providing proof of delivery for such a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
