Resistance temperature detector (Pt100) with mineral insulated Stainless Steel sheath terminated with a weatherproof head.
Pt100 resistance thermometers manufactured from the mineral insulated cable are suitable for use with temperatures up to 600°C. The sensing element is housed within the tip of the 3mm or 6mm probe protecting oils, gasses, and other minerals.
Although shown straight, these mineral insulated sensors can be manipulated and shaped to suit the application, and they can also be manufactured in very long lengths.
The RTD has a screw top IP65 miniature weather-proof head which can be used with smaller diameter probes and is ideal for applications where there is restricted access or space is limited. It has a 3/4″ ET cable entry and comes with a ceramic terminal block.
